When you make a claim, you must:

- if we require so, complete and either fax or e-mail the claim form which you can download here
- return the completed claim form promptly together with all letters, documents, valuations, receipts or evidence of ownership that you have been asked to provide
- allow us to inspect your home and/or contents and take possession of any damaged property to deal with it in a reasonable way;
