Bulgarian Insurance is a company formed in 2008 to serve the numerous foreign property buyers in Bulgaria. The sales of property insurance was started in order to complement our other businesses which are sales of golf real estate, Sofia property management services and snagging/surveyor services in Bulgaria. 

Many of our clients asked us where they could buy good insurance coverage for their properties and receive a policy written in English language which they understand.  For this reason, we researched the local market to find out that QBE Insurance was one of the few companies which would meet the expectations of the foreign investor.  We went through their training and became licensed agents.
